The Long Dock

Part of our strategy when we bought the Long Dock was to extend the trading season through building local business in addition to our existing tourism based business. To that end we have grown local business substantially to allow us now to open all year round. This ability is in no small part down to Arcovo Hotel Loyalty. Their system has given us a deep knowledge of our customers behaviour and the automation of emails and sms messages keeps us in contact with them. Our guests love it
